LOVE these fire trucks! They especially look wonderful as a group. You must have been a very popular teacher in the eyes of the little boys (and girls)that got to create these. ;)
Thanks!! Girls I have my little ones use a q-tip dipped in paint and only give them one color at a time. They give their art a great line quality I can't seem to get them to create with a brush.

I usually read the "The Fire Cat" to them. I read the first chapter then paint the black lines. Put them on the drying rack. Then during the next class we paint the red and I read the rest of the book to them. I try to do this project during fire prevention week at school.
